Purpose-driven leadership

Titilayo “Yemisi” Jaiyesimi is a results-driven development strategist and client experience executive with a strong track record of designing and delivering impactful initiatives that empower communities and advance youth development across Africa.

She is known for her ability to translate vision into execution, driving strategies that create measurable, sustainable outcomes.

She currently serves as Customer Experience and Client Relations Officer at Heirs Holdings and the Tony Elumelu Foundation, where she plays a key role in enhancing stakeholder engagement, optimizing client experience, and supporting the delivery of entrepreneurship programs that empower thousands of young Africans.

Titilayo holds a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP) from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance and is an Accredited International Organizational Management Professional (AIOMP).

She brings a unique blend of policy insight, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership to every engagement.
